• Currently, when items become sold out, they are no longer visible on our website  

• However, if you have already added the item to your provisional order before it sells out - the item is also not visible in your basket.  I know….very frustrating!

• Please be assured that the item will be in your order - just not visible until we complete orders on Monday 16th December & it becomes visible again  

• You can email us on ask@farmacycoop.org to check if this removes any anxiety for you

• The tech team has said this issue will be resolved in a “few weeks” - hopefully for the next order!
